TED
STANLEY, Program Director for Undergraduate
Studies, joined the Florida State University
School of Music in 1995. He is responsible
for all administrative functions of the
School of Music Undergraduate Program including
admissions, auditions, scholarships, orientation,
advisement, and graduation.
Prior
to joining the School of Music, Dr. Stanley
was Coordinator of Academic Support Programs
in the FSU Economics Department. He graduated
cum laude with a B.A. degree in English
from Duke University and earned the B.M.
and M.M. degrees in Composition at the FSU
School of Music. After teaching in the Department
of Fine Arts at Gardner-Webb College in
North Carolina, Dr. Stanley returned to
FSU and completed a D.M. in Composition.
