GAYLE SEATON, Program Director of Musical Theatre, received the B.M. degree from the College of Wooster, the M.M. from the Manhattan School of Music, and the D.M. from Florida State University.

Dr. Seaton has appeared in operas, musicals, oratorios, solo recitals, and as a soprano soloist in New York and throughout the United States. She has won particular praise for her performance of opera and musical theatre roles and contemporary music, including a world premiere at Carnegie Hall. As a recitalist, she has received the New York Singing Teachers' Association Young Artist's Award.
